Smoked Kahawai Dip


500g Smoked Kahawai
150g Sour Cream
Juice of one lemon
1tbsp capers finely chopped 
3tbsp Italian parsley finely chopped 
1 small red onion finely chopped 
Salt & pepper to taste 

Remove skin from smoked Kahawai and loosely break up fillet into a bowl, mix with all other ingredients.

Serve with crackers or toasted ciabatta.
