Fish smoking is our specialty and the hands-on management team has a combined 30 years experience in the process of fish smoking and delivering a quality product to customers throughout NZ. Our smoked product range include: Broadbill, Snapper, Kahawai, Blue Cod, Trevally, Mullet, Salmon, Salmon bites in natural or Cajun, Salmon bellies, Salmon frames, Rubyfish, Butterfly Tuna, Gemfish, Tarakihi, Eel, Roe & Mussels(Natural, BBQ, Chilli or Garlic) Using our time proven recipe, the delicious and tender fillets are smoked using natural toxic-free Manuka and then hand-packed with care using clear pouches, vacuumed packed to seal in the freshness and quality for longer life. We fillet our fresh fish on site and it can be vacuum packed for you while you are here. Our fresh fish product range include: Tarakihi, Gurnard, Blue Cod & Snapper, Punnets of Kina & Marinated Mussels.
