RECIPE
175g chilean guavas
Water or orange juice
Sugar

Put chilean guavas into a saucepan and add enough water to just cover them. Simmer gently until just cooked.  Strain off the liquid and weigh the berries.  Weigh the sugar to half the weight of the berries and add. Stir in and dissolve.

A great accompaniment for pork or chicken.
